Description

The Mounty Applicator Head (M-HEAD) is used in conjunction with the Mounty pole (M-POLE) to place Corner Protector (SS-60L) onto loads whilst standing on the ground thus eliminating the need to clamber onto vehicles, working platforms or ladders. It therefore removes the risk of falling from height and reduces the risk of slips or trips. Loading time is also significantly reduced.

The Mounty Applicator Head extension is compliant with HSE regulations and VOSA enforcement policy. It also reduces exposure to personal injury as well as product damage. Frequently, insurance premiums are reduced as a bonus.

The Mounty Applicator Head has been thoroughly tested and its fabrication in tough Nylon 6 moulding material is well suited to the demands of the transport industry.

With a lightweight design and flexibility the Mounty Applicator Head offers safety and use benefits over metal based equivalents. The flexible fingers on the Mounty Applicator ensure accurate positioning of Corner Protectors onto high loads with confidence.

The Mounty Applicator Head (M-HEAD) connects to most poles featuring an ACME threaded end. This means that a replacement pole is easily obtainable. However, the M-HEAD does not connect to the CargoStop ProPole which features a unique attachment method specifically designed only for use with the CargoStop range of products.
